Day 1: Theni – Megamalai – Thekkady (Night Stay: Thekkady)

Morning Pickup from Theni & Drive to Megamalai Foothills. The Thenicalltaxi 40-seater bus will pick up the entire group. Due to strict size limits, the bus will likely stop at the foothills (e.g., Manalar Dam checkpost). Approx. 2 hours drive.
Late Morning Megamalai Sightseeing. The group will transfer to pre-booked smaller vehicles (e.g., local 4x4s or multiple Tempo Travellers, NOT the main Thenicalltaxi bus) to ascend the Megamalai Ghats (Manalar Dam, Viewpoints). *Mandatory Transfer:* The main 40-seater bus CANNOT navigate the narrow, steep roads of Megamalai.
Afternoon Lunch & Proceed to Thekkady/Kumily. Re-board the main Thenicalltaxi bus and proceed to Thekkady. Approx. 4 - 4.5 hours drive. The road via Cumbum is suitable for the bus.
Evening Check-in to Group Hotel & Spice Plantation Tour. Check in to a group-friendly accommodation in Thekkady. Optional: Cultural show (Kathakali/Kalaripayattu). Overnight stay in Thekkady.

Day 2: Thekkady – Idukki – Munnar (Night Stay: Munnar)

Morning Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary Activity. Opt for an early morning boat ride on Periyar Lake (group ticket pre-booking is essential for 40 people). Travel to the boat jetty may be by the main Thenicalltaxi bus or a local transfer, depending on parking.
Late Morning Drive to Munnar via Idukki. Check out and begin the climb to Munnar. The Thenicalltaxi bus is equipped for the main National/State Highway routes. Approx. 3.5 - 4 hours drive to Munnar (extended time for bus travel).
Afternoon Idukki Dam View & Photo Stop. Stop at an accessible viewpoint to see the Arch Dam. The wide windows of the Thenicalltaxi bus provide excellent views on the journey. The bus will only stop at designated parking/view areas.
Late Afternoon Munnar Check-in & Scenic Drive. Check into your hotel in Munnar (accommodation suitable for a large group). Enjoy a drive through the tea estates (on main roads accessible to the bus). Overnight stay in Munnar.
Evening Relax. Your Thenicalltaxi driver will confirm the access points for tomorrow's sightseeing. Dinner (Optional).

Day 3: Munnar – Vagamon (Night Stay: Vagamon)

Morning Munnar Sightseeing (Bus Restricted). The Thenicalltaxi bus can drive the main roads but may not be allowed to the narrow spots like Echo Point or Kundala Lake. The group may need to transfer to local small buses or multiple Tempo Travellers for specific points or Eravikulam National Park. Local travel must be managed based on bus restrictions.
Late Morning Eravikulam National Park (Rajamalai). The bus will drop the group at the entrance. Note: Park entry is by park buses only. Factor in significant group waiting time.
Afternoon Drive to Vagamon. Check out and begin the journey to Vagamon. The long journey requires the comfort of your Thenicalltaxi bus. Approx. 4 hours drive from Munnar to Vagamon.
Evening Vagamon Meadows (Mottakunnu) & Pine Forest. Check into your resort. Your Thenicalltaxi bus can access Vagamon town and most main points, but parking can be an issue. Overnight stay in Vagamon.
Night Enjoy a peaceful evening. The bulk of the logistics is handled by the Rengha Holidays team and Thenicalltaxi. Dinner (Optional).

Day 4: Vagamon – Kodaikanal – Theni Drop (Tour Ends)
Time Activity Travel Notes
Morning Vagamon Local Sightseeing. Quick visits to main points accessible by the large Thenicalltaxi bus. Quick check-out and boarding.
Late Morning Long Drive to Kodaikanal. Depart Vagamon for the longest drive of the tour to Kodaikanal. Approx. 6 - 7 hours drive (extended time for bus travel).
Afternoon Kodaikanal Drop & Lunch. The Thenicalltaxi 40-seater bus may be restricted from entering Kodaikanal town center during peak hours. Group will be dropped at a designated main parking area and must hire local taxis/mini-buses for any quick sightseeing. *Mandatory Transfer:* The Kodaikanal Ghat road and town have severe restrictions for 40-seater buses.
Late Afternoon Drive back to Theni. Re-board the main Thenicalltaxi bus for the final descent. Approx. 2.5 - 3 hours drive from the foot of the Kodai Ghat to Theni.
Evening Drop-off at Theni. You will be dropped off at your designated location, concluding your intensive group tour with Rengha Holidays and Luxury Travels and Thenicalltaxi. Tour ends.
