Day 1: Arrival, Multi-Vehicle Transfer & Core Kodai Experience

Morning (Approx. 9:00 AM) Arrival at Kodai Road Railway Station (KQN). Your group is greeted by your thenicalltaxi driver/coordinator. Pickup by the 53-seater thenicalltaxi coach.
9:30 AM Transfer to Ghat Base (Approx. 30 km). The thenicalltaxi coach drives to the designated safe transfer point at the base of the Kodaikanal Ghat (Batlagundu is the usual route). Bus transfer to the base.
10:30 AM Local Vehicle Transfer & Ascent. The entire group MUST transfer to a fleet of smaller local vehicles (not the main thenicalltaxi bus) for the 2.5-hour ascent. CRITICAL TRANSFER POINT. Local vehicles handle the 80-90 km climb.
1:30 PM Hotel Check-in & Refreshments. Arrive and check into your pre-booked, large-capacity group accommodation in Kodaikanal. Local vehicle drop-off.
3:30 PM Coaker's Walk & Bryant Park. After lunch, your local transport (arranged via Rengha Holidays) takes the group for sightseeing. Local sightseeing transfer.
5:30 PM Kodaikanal Lake. Enjoy the central Kodai Lake area. The local transport ensures better parking access than the large bus would. Local sightseeing transfer.
7:00 PM Evening Rest. Local vehicle drop-off at your accommodation. Local vehicle drop-off.

Day 2: Viewpoints, Greenery & Departure
Time Activity Transportation by thenicalltaxi (Local Transfer)
Morning (8:30 AM) Pillar Rocks, Guna Caves, and Moir Point. Start your sightseeing loop. All transfers are via the smaller local vehicles due to the permanent size restrictions. Local sightseeing transfer.
11:00 AM Pine Forest & Green Valley View. Visit the key viewpoints using the flexible local transport arranged by Rengha Holidays. Local sightseeing transfer.
1:00 PM Kurinji Andavar Temple & Lunch. Visit the temple, followed by lunch at an accessible restaurant that can accommodate a large group. Local sightseeing transfer.
4:00 PM Descent to Ghat Base. After check-out, the entire group re-boards the smaller local vehicles for the 2.5-hour descent down the Kodaikanal Ghat road. Local vehicle transfer begins.
6:30 PM Re-board the 53-Seater Coach. The entire group meets the main thenicalltaxi 53-seater luxury coach at the base of the ghats. CRITICAL RE-BOARDING POINT.
7:30 PM Drop-off at Kodai Road Railway Station. Your comfortable journey concludes as the thenicalltaxi coach drops you off directly at the railway station for your onward travel. Final drop-off service by thenicalltaxi.
