Day 1: Arrival, Local Transfer & Core Kodai Experience
Time Activity Transportation by thenicalltaxi
Morning (Approx. 9:00 AM) Arrival at Kodai Road Railway Station (KQN). Your large group is greeted by your thenicalltaxi driver/coordinator. Pickup by the 40-seater thenicalltaxi bus.
9:30 AM Transfer to Ghat Base (Batlagundu/Nilakottai). The thenicalltaxi bus drives to the designated transfer point at the base of the Kodaikanal Ghat. Bus transfer (approx. 20-30 km).
10:30 AM Local Vehicle Transfer & Ascent. The group transfers to pre-arranged smaller local Tempo Travellers/Mini-buses (not the main thenicalltaxi bus) for the dangerous ghat road ascent. CRITICAL TRANSFER POINT. Local vehicles handle the 90 km, 2.5-hour climb.
1:00 PM Hotel Check-in & Refreshments. Check into your pre-booked group accommodation in Kodaikanal. Local vehicle drop-off.
3:00 PM Coaker's Walk & Bryant Park. After lunch, your local transport (arranged via Rengha Holidays) will take the group for sightseeing. Local sightseeing transfer.
5:00 PM Kodaikanal Lake. Enjoy the central Kodai Lake area. Local sightseeing transfer.
7:00 PM Evening Rest. Local vehicle drop-off at your accommodation. Local vehicle drop-off.

Day 2: Viewpoints, Greenery & Departure
Time Activity Transportation by thenicalltaxi (Local Transfer)
Morning (8:30 AM) Pillar Rocks, Guna Caves, and Moir Point. Start your sightseeing loop. All transfers are via the smaller local vehicles due to bus restrictions. Local sightseeing transfer.
11:00 AM Pine Forest & Green Valley View. Visit the key viewpoints using the flexible local transport arranged by Rengha Holidays. Local sightseeing transfer.
1:00 PM Kurinji Andavar Temple & Lunch. Visit the temple, followed by lunch at an accessible restaurant. Local sightseeing transfer.
4:00 PM Descent to Ghat Base. After check-out, the group re-boards the smaller local vehicles for the descent down the ghat road. Local vehicle transfer begins (approx. 2.5 hours).
6:30 PM Re-board the 40-Seater Bus. The group meets the main thenicalltaxi 40-seater luxury bus at the base of the ghats. CRITICAL RE-BOARDING POINT.
7:30 PM Drop-off at Kodai Road Railway Station. Your group's journey concludes as the thenicalltaxi bus drops you off directly at the railway station for your onward travel. Final drop-off service by thenicalltaxi.
